ABOUT ME
My career has taken me from Wisconsin to Texas, west to Seattle, and back home to Minnesota. The early years were fueled by a passion for exploring design visually, using creative channels as an outlet. Over the years that passion has shifted along with my career focus.

My sweet spot now is driving that creative output through others by building and strengthening teams and establishing environments suited for creative excellence. That passion for pushing pixels around has evolved into a keen ability to put people into the right places, with the right motivations, and for bringing design thinking methodologies to areas of the business beyond design.

Along the way I’ve tried to achieve these objectives daily; challenge yourself, learn something new, and be honest in what you do.
