SYSTEMWIDE DEPLOYMENT
After approval with stakeholders and our C-Suite leadership comes the heavy lift of applying and distributing Our Compass across the org. Shared content & storage tools were updated, a long list of legacy files with our vendors and facility partners were retired and replaced, and our brand standards in all formats were revised. Shop items, corporate communications documents, e-signatures, physical items like badges and lapel pins all received a new treatment. A rapid ordering and deployment of physical signage and printed assets were modified and re-hung at our hospitals and clinics.
All in all the bulk of the switchover took the better part of 6 months, with some straggling instances being identified and slated for reform on an ongoing basis according to need. The result is a suite of new branded tools, documents, and goods that covers our entire spectrum of channels, both internal and external.
